Although the staff is welcoming and helpful, I came here to buy locking gel. This is not the authentic locking gel I've purchased from various companies. The gel from this spot is the worst I've used. It lacks hold like a bargain product.
This used to be one of my preferred stores when I'm not close to my top store, Glamour 4 You. I haven't visited 5-star beauty spot in a while. Oh my, all new faces, I didn't see the usual friendly folks. The owner is impolite and controlling, speaking to me as if I were his child or employee. One staff member at the register seemed terrified to speak or make eye contact with me. No smiles or top-notch customer service there anymore. After paying for my items, I changed my mind and asked for a refund. They won't receive my business again. I'd loathe working for him, believe me! I know he's pushing them hard. I couldn't believe the disrespect... Forestville branch.
The shop is well-stocked. However, the management is lacking. Shop at your own risk. I value excellent customer service!
