I frequently come for Dip/Sns/Powder nail treatments. I'm consistently pleased with the results. They remain intact for weeks, even with long breaks between visits. Yori is truly exceptional!
Anna's work is truly exceptional! She dedicates time and focuses on every detail. I have never encountered a nail technician who goes above and beyond like she does. I cannot praise her enough - highly recommended.
Oh, what a letdown. I visited on Friday for an SNS treatment. By Sunday, my thumb nail had chipped. I called to arrange a repair on Monday and was told it wouldn't be an issue. The technician who attempted to fix it spoke very little English, causing confusion even with the front desk staff. She was impolite when discussing the color match and criticized me for not paying attention. Without asking for my opinion, she applied the wrong color and rushed me out once she was done. As I write this, my nail is still wet in the parking lot. The outcome is far from satisfactory - I now have a pink thumb. Be cautious about who attends to you. Despite changing colors regularly, my nails never chip. I spent over $100 last Friday... Truly disappointing.
