I visited for the 1st time today after searching for someone for days. My lash artist was Taylor, very professional, and ensured a comfortable experience. Past encounters made me nervous, but everything went smoothly. Taylor explained everything and consistently checked on my well-being throughout the appointment. The staff at this establishment is incredibly disorganized. I had made an appointment for two people to have gel fillings three weeks in advance, scheduled for 12:30pm. However, by 1:00pm, we had yet to receive any service. I was informed that I needed to wait, as the technician wanted to start with my daughter's nails before attending to me. Given that each person would take an hour, I would not be leaving until after 3:00pm, even though our appointments were supposed to conclude by 1:30pm. This level of delay is unacceptable. When I expressed my frustration, the two technicians present, with limited proficiency in English, tried to shift the blame onto me. Their behavior was highly unprofessional, and the management of the salon was clearly lacking. I have been a patron here for about 3 years and am generally content with the service. Kim is exceptional, always fully booked and busy! She consistently nails the shape and designs. I highly recommend scheduling with her as there are usually a few clients waiting for her services. Amy is usually good but can be a bit rough with buffing/filing. I have left with very sore cuticles and skin at times. Despite this, she always gets the designs right.
