Following a two-hour wait for my nail appointment, I was relocated to three different stations. They lacked the powder I desired, leading me to opt for black French tips. Additionally, I selected medium-length nails. The service is satisfactory, but the customer service is severely lacking. The wait time is unacceptable. I sat there for a while, and there were only two elderly individuals present who couldn't do my nails. I was the sole customer in the salon at 10:54 am. One of the elderly ladies asked me to wait for 10 minutes for assistance, but after waiting for 35 minutes, no one arrived. Yesterday, I spent 3 hours there just for a pedicure, and today I returned hoping to get my nails done.
