Following a two-hour wait for my nail appointment, I was relocated to three different stations. They lacked the powder I desired, leading me to opt for black French tips. Additionally, I selected medium-length nails. The total cost for these services amounted to $67.
It's been more than a year since my last review of Nail Castle. I awarded them 5 ⭐ before, and today I'm granting them 5 🌟✨🌟 ✨⭐ once more. They excel at... 1. Offering very reasonable prices. 2. Displaying exceptional friendliness. 3. Listening attentively and striving to fulfill requests. 4. If unable, they explain why and offer alternatives. I've been a patron for two decades. They refuse service for men's feet, without exception! The staff always warmly welcome customers and exude friendliness. They converse in their mother tongue amongst themselves for comfort. Criticisms like yours sound like those who dislike hearing Spanish spoken. Some individuals unjustly criticize businesses due to their outspokenness.
