The service is satisfactory, but the customer service is severely lacking. The wait time is unacceptable. I sat there for a while, and there were only two elderly individuals present who couldn't do my nails. I was the sole customer in the salon at 10:54 am. One of the elderly ladies asked me to wait for 10 minutes for assistance, but after waiting for 35 minutes, no one arrived. Yesterday, I spent 3 hours there just for a pedicure, and today I returned hoping to get my nails done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO SPARE!
I felt that my visit was rushed! There was a language barrier that contributed to this sentiment. Despite it being early in the day and bright outside, the establishment felt somewhat dim.
My sugar scrub pedicure was pleasant during my first visit. I didn't receive the drink that was supposed to be included with the sugar scrub, but that wasn't a major issue for me. I enjoyed the leg massage, although I wish they had also massaged my feet 😁. I would consider going back in the future.
