I am delighted with my Nail Technician Erica, she did an absolutely fantastic job on my nails. She went above and beyond for me to get what I wanted in a short time due to a misunderstanding with my appointment time made by another employee. Erica still squeezed me into her schedule and we had a wonderful time! She engages in conversation and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. After completing my nails, she topped off my experience with an amazing hand massage, making me feel like a Queen when all was done. Lastly, the prices are very reasonable. I have paid over $100, tip included, at most places I've been to for a full set of nails. Here, I got a full set with gel polish and a hand massage for $60, tip included. Thank you Erica at Chroma Nail Lounge for your amazing and outstanding hard work. I look forward to my next appointment and the creativity we'll come up with next.
