I recently went to European Wax Center (Oak Park) for my first Brazilian wax. My technician was Riley. The experience was top-notch. Riley guided me through the entire process while engaging in conversation. They provided detailed post-care instructions and ensured my comfort throughout. On a pain scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate it a 4. The waxing was swift and surprisingly easy, with Riley's calming presence playing a significant role. Additionally, they offer reasonably priced aftercare products! Exceptional service. Avoid this place if you're a man seeking more than just a basic cut. NORA has cut my hair twice. She's a kind person, but lacks the skill to fade or blend hair lengths. I had to do the fading and blending at home because it ended up looking like a bowl-cut. I also had to fix the crooked neckline myself. Shannon tends to my mother's hair, and she always does a fantastic job. We leave feeling rejuvenated and fabulous.
