My 12-year-old's hair was completely messed up by the stylist, despite him clearly explaining what he wanted. He didn't want a shaved look or anything drastically shorter, just a nice blend. But the result was far from blended. The stylist was also very rude to him. We won't be going back for sure.
My spouse regularly visits this salon for haircuts. He has a preferred stylist who always does a fantastic job.
If I could, I would rate them a zero. In December 2022, they outright refused to serve me. The woman at the front desk, who seemed to harbor hateful (possibly racist) sentiments, made it abundantly clear that I was not welcome there at any point in the future. When I inquired about the best times to visit and pressed for the least busy time (since they supposedly don't take reservations), she loudly declared, "There will never be a time for you." Her sneer and hostile attitude left no doubt that I was unwelcome. The waiting room fell silent, whether in agreement or shock, it was hard to discern. Unbelievable.
