My first visit to the massage parlor was fantastic. I went today seeking relief from work-related pain and opted for a body and footwork combo. The masseur, a kind gentleman, consistently checked in on my comfort, which I truly appreciated. Post-massage, he even offered me water. I regret not asking for his name. The service was priced at $50, and I tipped 25% as a token of my satisfaction. I will definitely be returning for more sessions. Thank you!
Awarding this massage parlor four stars for its reasonable pricing and generally good therapists, albeit on the gentler side. However, the constant loud conversations, even among therapists not actively working, disrupt the relaxation experience. If they could manage the noise levels better, it would greatly enhance the overall ambiance. After four visits, I plan to explore other local options before considering a return.
My partner and I, residents of the neighborhood for about a year and a half, have been regular patrons of Asian Spa. We've visited individually, together, and even treated a friend on her birthday twice. While the massages have generally been good to great and the prices are reasonable, our recent experience was disappointing. During a foot massage session, the therapists engaged in loud conversation, making us feel uncomfortable, with undertones of homophobia. The massages, supposed to be 30 minutes, ended in just 24 minutes. Despite this negative encounter, I am giving two stars based on past positive experiences. However, I feel compelled to caution other queer individuals about the unwelcoming atmosphere.
