These individuals are fantastic!! They listened attentively to my requests and executed a stunning nail service. The pedicure was incredibly relaxing, and my toes look adorable!! The staff is lovely and caring. Be sure to schedule an appointment! This establishment is popular for a reason!
I do not recommend this establishment. Save your money and seek a better place for nail services. While the staff is friendly and I appreciate their efforts, they did not do a satisfactory job on mine, my sister's, or my mother's nails.
I had an appointment, but they were running behind schedule, which can happen. I came in for a pedicure and acrylic nails. I assumed all pedicures included some form of exfoliation or callus removal, but I was mistaken. The massage was satisfactory. Essentially, I paid $35 for polished toes and a paraffin dip. Regarding the acrylic nails, I had specified at the start that I wanted a natural nail with a soft white tip and a clear or pink top. However, when it was time to do the nails, I reiterated my preferences. Another staff member was called over, and I had to explain my preferences again. Feeling misunderstood, I showed a picture of the design I desired. I will share a picture of what I showed and what I received. My nails look like marshmallow stones. I will be using acetone to remove them tonight and will not return.
