Elena, the proprietor of this establishment, provides abysmal service to her patrons. She rescheduled my appointment three times, shifting it from August to October. After informing her that I rearranged my schedule to accommodate her, she notified me just 20 minutes before the appointment that she had another client. She failed to show up, neither with the supposed client nor on her own, and did not offer an apology. According to her staff, she enjoys sleeping in during the mornings and frequently does so with morning appointments. I lost money and never received the hair treatment I paid for. Do not place your trust in her; she lacks concern for her clientele.
Our family adores this welcoming establishment. Our hairstylist leaves us looking beautiful, handsome, and content.
