It's a nice salon but I'm giving it three stars and won't be returning. Around three months back, I went in for a haircut. I showed the stylist a picture of the style I wanted, which was below the shoulders. However, she ended up cutting my hair much shorter than that. I was too shy to say anything at the salon, but when I got home, I cried for a whole week. I know hair grows back, but I really dislike having short hair.
My daughter desperately needed a trim and we visited the salon yesterday. The stylist who worked on her hair completely messed it up despite clear instructions. Careless and lacking in skill. The worst part is we have a family event on Saturday. Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable.
