I frequently tend to my nails every 2-3 weeks, opting for a natural look. Seeking a closer spot for acrylic nails, I landed here. Regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite my generous payment and tip, I urge you to take your business elsewhere. Merely a week post my visit, my nails are bumpy and prone to lifting. Typically not one to leave feedback, the lady's rude demeanor while rectifying the issue, coupled with the additional charge for fixing their shoddy work, left me thoroughly disappointed.
My spouse frequents this establishment for eyelash services, having experienced eye discomfort at other salons possibly due to lack of cleanliness. This place consistently delivers exceptional results, with lashes lasting significantly longer. 4-seasons has made commendable efforts to enhance the salon's appearance and ambiance, implementing measures such as masks and a glass barrier during nail services. However, during my recent visit, I noticed a lapse in housekeeping. The front door fails to shut completely, leading to a buildup of dirt and dust in the waiting area. This accumulation poses challenges for air quality maintenance, resulting in increased utility costs and maintenance efforts. While not intending to disparage the establishment, I emphasize the importance of maintaining a sterile environment for the well-being of my wife's eyes. Addressing these cleanliness concerns, such as fixing the door or implementing a door sign, is crucial. Despite these issues, the salon remains an excellent choice for enhancing one's appearance. Continued diligence in maintaining cleanliness is encouraged.
