She is incredibly knowledgeable, and I appreciate her explanations on the science behind the products she uses on my skin. She is caring and genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. I have been a loyal customer at this salon for a considerable period, along with my daughter. However, during our recent visit 10 days ago, we were surprised to find new owners. I allowed the "new owner" to do my fill, and the result was disappointing. Just 4 days after the fill, the color started chipping, and on the 10th day, a nail unexpectedly popped off. It seems like it's time to find a new salon. I will provide pictures as proof.
