I have been a loyal customer at this salon for a considerable period, along with my daughter. However, during our recent visit 10 days ago, we were surprised to find new owners. I allowed the "new owner" to do my fill, and the result was disappointing. Just 4 days after the fill, the color started chipping, and on the 10th day, a nail unexpectedly popped off. It seems like it's time to find a new salon. I will provide pictures as proof. Avoid wasting your money here, that's all I can say.
If I could rate a zero, I would. My mom and I both got full sets with the same polish and nearly the same length. Surprisingly, my nails are slightly shorter than my mother's. However, I was charged an extra five dollars. When I inquired about the discrepancy, they mentioned it was due to the length. So, I ended up paying more for shorter nails? The work was subpar; there are dips in all my nails, and some are unevenly higher than they should be. The cleanliness of the place is also questionable. I strongly advise against visiting this salon and suggest saving your money for elsewhere.
My 8-year-old daughter and I both received pedicures at this salon. The service was quick, and our toes look fantastic! We will definitely return for another visit.
