Millie was simply INCREDIBLE! I visited the salon after two disappointing experiences with previous salons that were planning to charge me way more than I anticipated for the services I wanted. She even commented that their prices were outrageous! She transformed my hair after I had used box dye months ago, and now it looks better than ever!
