Took my child for a haircut today! He had the most amazing experience getting his hair cut!!! Everyone was incredibly kind, but his stylist Bryanna was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Not only did she work wonders on his hair, but she also made him feel at ease and confident throughout the whole process! Her vibrant pink shoes, remarkable professionalism, and lovely demeanor made this little guy one happy camper!!! Thank you for the fantastic haircut! He can't wait for the next one!

I took my grandson with autism for a haircut, checked in online, got a text confirmation, and headed to the salon. Upon arrival, our name wasn't on the monitor. Despite the website showing it was his turn, the manager and staff couldn't figure out why. The manager assured us she would slot us in after one person, but we mysteriously ended up at the bottom of the list. Even though we had checked in nearly an hour earlier, they insisted on serving three more customers before us. Despite having proof of our check-in time, they refused to accommodate us.
