Supercuts

This salon is fantastic, with talented stylists who have great personalities. I've followed Jessie to four different locations because she's absolutely fantastic! She nails my highlights and cut exactly how I like them.

I usually don't leave feedback, but I must say, Alex at Supercuts was truly amazing. They asked all the right questions to understand what I wanted, especially since I was unsure. The haircut was done quickly and efficiently, and they provided excellent styling tips afterward. Their professionalism and engaging conversation made the experience even better. I'll definitely be returning. It was the best haircut I've had in years, they knew exactly what to do.

The stylist was incredibly rude. I was uncertain about my desired style, and they treated me condescendingly, even asking if I had pictures. When I inquired about reference materials, they laughed at me. I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't speak up when I didn't like the direction of the haircut, leaving me dissatisfied with a cut that's too short to fix. The customer service and communication skills need significant improvement; it was a terrible experience.
