The technician was too engrossed in her phone to do my nails the way I wanted. She accidentally cut my thumb and continued to ignore me while chatting on her phone. My daughter also experienced pain and cuts during her nail service. I won't be returning; the staff was rude and disrespectful.
I discovered a fantastic nail salon while I was out shopping around a month ago. Typically, I don't share my experiences with nail salons right away because the first visit is usually pleasant... BUT every time I've returned, 1. customer service has been outstanding. 2. the atmosphere is so relaxing. 3. my nails always turn out beautifully... I have no complaints... I have definitely become a regular! 😁
