Upon arrival, Michelle was both professional and welcoming, informing me of the wait time and ensuring my desired nail design was feasible. Despite not having an appointment, I was quoted an hour wait for a Saturday, but pleasantly surprised when I was seated in just 45 minutes. I witnessed the staff accommodating walk-ins who needed to step out and return, a rare courtesy in this industry. Michelle attentively guided me through color choices and design preferences for the holidays, providing top-notch customer service. The pricing was also very reasonable, leaving me more than satisfied with my nails and eager to return.
