Jimmy demonstrated great patience and professionalism during my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning.
I have frequented this salon for over six months now and have always been impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness and excellent customer service keep me coming back.
I entered and requested a nail polish change only. The employee refused, insisting on a pedicure. I declined and asked to pay for just the nail service. She walked away, laughing and conversing in their language with another Chinese woman. The second woman questioned my choice to come for only a nail change without a pedicure. Both women burst into laughter. Feeling uncomfortable, I confronted them about laughing at me. Another customer confirmed they were indeed talking about me. Disgusted by their disrespectful behavior towards paying customers, I decided not to patronize their establishment. It's no wonder there are only two employees and few customers. This was my first and last visit. I left, believing they don't deserve our money if they speak ill of those who support their business.
