I always anticipate the haircuts from Alex and Alex. I admire the warm hospitality Alex and Alex offer the town and am grateful they are here.
I phoned to schedule a haircut. I inquired about walk-ins or appointments. The person who answered informed me it was by appointment only. I asked about availability 'today', and was told no openings 'today', fully booked until next week. The call then abruptly ended, presumably the owner hung up. I was taken aback by the sudden end of the call and the lack of offering an appointment for the following week. It seems this establishment may not be seeking new clients. They seem overwhelmed and not open to new business. Message received. I will seek another barber.
