I have visited this salon multiple times with satisfactory outcomes, but my recent visit was not up to par. The pedicure was excellent, and the technician was very friendly. However, during the manicure with no waiting time, Kim displayed professionalism, but I encountered some issues with my nails. I had my nails done on 3/22, and during the service, she accidentally cut my cuticles multiple times. Although she seemed apologetic, I noticed. I requested to wash my hands before continuing as I was bleeding, but she insisted on applying the gel polish first. By 3/31, the gel was already lifting around the cuticle. I haven't been using my hands excessively, especially since I am seven months pregnant and do minimal tasks, like washing a couple of dishes. I am highly disappointed as I paid over $100 for nails that barely lasted a week.
They provide exceptional services, but most importantly, the staff genuinely cares about establishing a connection with you and ensuring you have a unique and outstanding experience! Definitely one of the top 3 best manicures I've ever had! (Consistently amazing)
It was my first time visiting this morning, and the individual who attended to me did not even bother to introduce themselves. They accidentally burned me with the nail buffer, and when I brought it up, they gave me a condescending look. Before painting my nails, they made me wash my hands, which is unconventional. The nails don't look fresh, as they didn't reach down to the cuticle properly, and there are still remnants left on them. Additionally, they insisted on receiving a tip. Payments can only be made through Zelle or another method, as they do not accept cards. Absolutely absurd! I will not be returning. On an update regarding my initial visit, I contacted the salon two days later and conversed with T because my nails were lifting. He invited me to come in, and he personally rectified the situation. T was understanding and empathetic towards my concerns, providing an excellent job in fixing my nails. He also recommended some new products to enhance the health and strength of my nails, considering my line of work. I truly appreciate his professionalism and effort in correcting the mistake. He has earned my loyalty, and even my boyfriend will be visiting for a pedicure. Thank you, T, for your exceptional work! You deserve 5 stars from me.
