Visited this shop last night with my child. Planning a ladies' night and the service from these individuals was unbelievable! Had returns and a full basket of items to buy. Had my receipt and had just purchased the items a few days ago. When I asked for a refund to the original account, they were disrespectful in a way I've never experienced! I tried to stay calm because my child was there, but when the store MANAGER started mocking me and embarrassing me in front of my child, I had enough. I stayed polite but insisted on a refund to the original payment method, not a store gift card. When all customers left, she raised her voice at me. When I said I would report the incident, she tried to downplay it until the end of the return. I WILL CONTACT CORPORATE AND NAME NAMES, AND I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! (lisa, or whatever your name is, it's not acceptable to mock someone on disability, and it's 💯 not okay to assume they're unintelligent because of it!!!!) Appalling! Today, I went with my sister to return everything and was profiled, with the cops called to wait for me to leave! Disgraceful!
Messy shop, products for testing are dried out or look disgusting, no inventory, so it's pointless to visit. They promise gifts with purchases but never seem to have them. When I spoke with the manager today, she had no clue how it worked and offered no solutions. She told me to leave and find a similar deal at Sephora. As a loyal ulta customer, I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
Always neat, service is on hand. Today's quest was finding new makeup tones in brands I've tried years ago, or never tried. Match colors perfectly!! But Skincare First!!
