I arrived for my appointment and was kept waiting for 40 minutes past the scheduled time. Within just two days, the acrylic nails began to chip, marking the second occurrence of this issue at this salon. Visited this shop last night with my child. Planning a ladies' night and the service from these individuals was unbelievable! Had returns and a full basket of items to buy. Had my receipt and had just purchased the items a few days ago. When I asked for a refund to the original account, they were disrespectful in a way I've never experienced! I tried to stay calm because my child was there, but when the store MANAGER started mocking me and embarrassing me in front of my child, I had enough. I stayed polite but insisted on a refund to the original payment method, not a store gift card. When all customers left, she raised her voice at me. When I said I would report the incident, she tried to downplay it until the end of the return. I WILL CONTACT CORPORATE AND NAME NAMES, AND I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! (lisa, or whatever your name is, it's not acceptable to mock someone on disability, and it's 💯 not okay to assume they're unintelligent because of it!!!!) Appalling! Today, I went with my sister to return everything and was profiled, with the cops called to wait for me to leave! Disgraceful!

Denise employs various techniques, including cupping, hot stones, and a massage gun, to achieve your desired outcomes. I alternate between relaxing and deep tissue massages, both of which are incredibly satisfying experiences. I get 2-3 manicures yearly, Michelle and Chanda have been my go-to manicurists for years. I come up with fun nail designs and they always execute them perfectly. They have a cheerful demeanor and are very friendly. It's hard not to adore them. Plus, their pricing is as delightful as their service.

I have visited this salon multiple times with satisfactory outcomes, but my recent visit was not up to par. The pedicure was excellent, and the technician was very friendly. However, during the manicure with no waiting time, Kim displayed professionalism, but I encountered some issues with my nails. I had my nails done on 3/22, and during the service, she accidentally cut my cuticles multiple times. Although she seemed apologetic, I noticed. I requested to wash my hands before continuing as I was bleeding, but she insisted on applying the gel polish first. By 3/31, the gel was already lifting around the cuticle. I haven't been using my hands excessively, especially since I am seven months pregnant and do minimal tasks, like washing a couple of dishes. This was such a fantastic experience!! I traveled from California, and was so fortunate that they had availability today to accommodate me. I always feel a bit anxious about getting my nails done. Alex was so gentle and welcoming. They did a wonderful (and quick!) job with my gel manicure. I'm disappointed that I live so far away, the ambiance and service were exceptional and I would definitely return.
