I arrived for my appointment and was kept waiting for 40 minutes past the scheduled time. Within just two days, the acrylic nails began to chip, marking the second occurrence of this issue at this salon. I have never encountered such problems elsewhere.
Upon entering, I requested a full set of nails. Despite arriving promptly at 6:30 for my 6:30 appointment, the staff seemed rushed as the closing time approached. The technician continuously suggested gel nails instead of adhering to my request. While the initial look seemed acceptable, the painting stage revealed a subpar job, with incomplete coverage and a haphazard top coat application. I left the salon feeling dissatisfied after paying $58 for a disappointing result.
I typically visit this nail salon, as I've been a patron since its inception. Unfortunately, the customer service seems to have vanished. Consistency is key for businesses to thrive, and that seems to be lacking here. During my recent visit, I requested a specific design (see image below) but received nails that were clumpy, incomplete, and uneven. Despite arriving promptly for my scheduled appointment, I was not attended to until an hour later. While I understand the challenges of being short-staffed, there are ways to manage appointments to avoid delays. I felt rushed during the service and ended up with three cuts from the technician. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction, I was still charged $65 plus tip.
