Jenny has been cutting hair for her entire career and is a certified coloring expert from Paul Mitchell's school in Louisville, Kentucky. She is knowledgeable about products for both men and women. I have been her client since the beginning, and she is the best.
I called ahead to confirm the price for my children's haircuts, and was told it would be $18 per child for a 30-minute appointment with Jenny. However, after the appointment that took 45 minutes in total for both kids, I was charged $30 per child. Even though I had clarified the pricing beforehand, I was still charged more. During the haircut, Jenny seemed unfamiliar with how to handle curly hair properly, causing damage to my daughter's hair. Additionally, they didn't provide booster seats for young children during the hair wash. Overall, not a place I would recommend for families with small kids.
