I visited this salon for the first time to get a haircut, but I won't be returning. Upon entering, I noticed there was only one customer being attended to, and one worker was just sitting in a chair watching TV. Both workers turned to look at me as I entered, but neither greeted me. The worker who was sitting gave me a judgmental look and didn't acknowledge me. Another lady emerged from the back and curtly asked, "What do you need?" It was so unprofessional. Feeling reluctant to go elsewhere, I proceeded with getting my haircut from one of the ladies whose name I didn't even catch. This is the only reason I'm giving any stars. I do not recommend this place; they really need to work on their professionalism and customer service. Even though it's close to my residence, I'd rather travel a bit further to the salon on Florence Avenue just before Compton. That place truly knows how to make customers feel welcome and provides exceptional service.
I consistently receive excellent service there.
Great attention to detail, though it's a small establishment, it's very clean. The ladies working there are exceptionally friendly.
