Samantha is a valuable asset to this establishment. Her hard work, intelligence, and empathy towards the debilitating nature of pain are commendable. Samantha's exceptional bedside manner and professionalism truly set a high standard. Dr. Patel's expertise in pain treatment is evident, and I have great respect for him as my physician. His professionalism and compassion make him an outstanding doctor. The entire team, including the receptionist, demonstrates kindness and compassion. I sincerely hope Samantha continues to be a part of this practice for a long time; her value is immeasurable.
Having sought help for spine pain, I visited this facility. The nurse was kind, but my interaction with the doctor was brief, as he spent only a few minutes showing me a drawing of my spine. He pointed out the areas for potential shots and mentioned a numbing cream that has yet to be provided after two weeks. The phone wait times are long, and the staff seem unhelpful beyond scheduling appointments. I am left feeling uncertain about the quality of care here.
