My appointment for eyebrow services left me dissatisfied. Despite tipping for the service, I experienced discomfort as I was accidentally poked in the eye, resulting in swelling. Furthermore, I observed the reuse of the same eyebrow brush on multiple clients without proper cleaning. This experience was disappointing, and I will not be returning. I felt compelled to share my feedback due to the irritation caused to my eye.
The consistency of service at this establishment can be inconsistent, as you may not have the same individual threading your brows each visit. While I have had mostly positive experiences, there have been instances where one brow was unevenly threaded, leaving a bald spot near the arch. It appears that individuals who are new to the practice or lack experience are also providing services, which I find concerning. There is another establishment, Perfect Brows NYC, located nearby that I am considering trying instead.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this establishment. The cleanliness and friendliness of the people stood out to me, particularly the exceptional service provided by Greta and Suzy. The Manager, Sam, was incredibly pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this place for not only their excellent treatment but also their overall pleasant demeanor!
