It was my first time visiting The serene hidden retreat and I will definitely be returning. I urgently called and requested an appointment. Reva was able to accommodate me the same day as a walk-in. She was fantastic, the place was exquisite, and she did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend her and her services for anyone looking!
They fit me in last-minute and it was wonderful! Nyla was patient, kind, and explained everything she was doing clearly. I just had a bit of trouble finding the entrance—you access it from the Flatbush side and it’s in a building with various other businesses. I'll definitely be returning!
Let me start off by saying Naiyah is phenomenal. She took her time with me and was incredibly thorough. Finally found a place that I’m comfortable and confident in. Can’t wait to return.
