She made presumptuous and offensive remarks, making the whole appointment uncomfortable. Though I was polite, my instincts warned me not to trust her. As she styled my hair, she continued to pass judgment and make disrespectful comments about my character, personality, age, and weight — all based on assumptions. Despite her skill in styling my hair, the poor customer service was enough to drive me away. She made me feel uneasy. Interestingly, I recall a review from years ago mentioning her good styling skills but criticizing her for speaking ill of other clients. I proceeded with caution, but now I've seen firsthand how unpleasant Lorraine's demeanor can be.
