Absolutely loved the service here! The staff graciously fixed our mistake at no extra cost. They were very accommodating, even helping us carry our belongings when our hands were still wet from the treatment. Though there was a slight wait, it was definitely worth it.
The cleanliness of this establishment is severely lacking. The lack of proper sanitation and ventilation for chemicals is concerning. The staff's incompetence is alarming, prompting me to seek a health evaluation post my visit to this unsanitary location.
Upon a friend's suggestion, I visited this establishment for a pedicure and manicure. The individual in the first chair informed me that due to my uneven nails, I would require tips, which I agreed to. After being directed to the back for my pedicure, a gentleman with glasses proceeded with the service. Unfortunately, the tools seemed unsanitized, and my request to trim my toenails shorter was denied. The service was subpar, and I strongly believe this individual should not be handling foot care. Upon returning to the first chair, a different person tended to my cuticles and nearly applied acrylic instead of the requested powder. The experience was chaotic, and when I tried to reach the owner immediately after, I was unable to as they had just welcomed a new baby. My advice is to avoid this place and save your money.
