The nail technician was terribly rude, did not fulfill my requests, and overcharged me. I would not recommend this subpar nail salon. Please avoid wasting your money here. Even my 2-year-old daughter could have done a better job than this unpleasant woman did on my nails. Such poor service 😡...
The nail salon receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, especially for someone who doesn't usually get her nails done. Kyle, who did my nails, absolutely crushed it. I am thrilled with my nails and the overall salon experience today.
The employee who performed my manicure and pedicure was not great at all and lacked friendliness. She appeared to be in a hurry, spending only 10 minutes on my manicure, giving a quick arm rub, and then quickly moving on to the spa pedicure. She rushed through that as well, with a brief leg rub and minimal foot care. She completed my pedicure within 20 minutes, despite no one else being in the salon. I was thoroughly unimpressed and will not be returning. I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business, but I can assure you they are not the top choice for manicures and pedicures.
