I’ve encountered William many times over the past few years. He’s consistently welcoming and dedicated to providing top-notch service every visit. I plan to continue patronizing this salon. To those who are critical, perhaps reconsider entering a nail salon if you're not prepared to spend $50. Self-care indulgences like this don't come cheap. Most services at any hair or nail salon typically start at $50 before gratuity!
This marked my inaugural visit here! As the sole staff member, Williams did a fantastic job on my nails promptly. The service was exceptional, he squeezed me in last minute. He was incredibly kind to me! Opted for a dip manicure and gel pedicure, my nails are quite short as they tend to break easily if left to grow, and he still did an excellent job. The prices are very reasonable, with $5 discounts on Mondays! I'll definitely be returning here and recommending it to my loved ones.
I don't usually write reviews, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The screenshots I included of our email correspondence outline my encounter and his response, which I found to be lacking professionalism. I'll be returning to NY Nail Studio on 96th, they're fantastic, I highly recommend Vanessa.
