I'm giving them two stars primarily for their kindness. I went in last Friday for a pedicure and manicure, paying $80. By Sunday, the nail polish was already chipping. I contacted them on Monday, and they suggested I come in, but it was inconvenient for me due to work and other commitments. Now, after a week, this is the state of my nails. I usually see Tommy there, but since I no longer wear artificial nails, I let others take care of it. This has never happened before. I'm disheartened ☹️
I am extremely grateful that a friend recommended I make an appointment here! The booking process was seamless, the staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and they delivered exactly what I had in mind. I wholeheartedly recommend it, 10/10.

I've been on the hunt for a skilled nail technician for months, and I'm so grateful I stumbled upon Xunnie's Instagram. I managed to secure a spot on the same day I phoned! Not only did she accommodate me on short notice, but her craftsmanship was exceptional! The nail salon itself exuded cleanliness and a modern chic vibe.
