During the holiday season, I was criticized for choosing black nail polish and pressured into getting gel despite requesting regular polish. The gel chipped within the first weekend, leaving me unimpressed with the service.
I've never received such a poorly done job. My nails feel uneven and look lumpy. Despite declining a specific shape, the technician proceeded to shape them as she pleased, insisting they would look better with color.
I've frequented this salon for over 5 years but the last two pedicures left my toe bleeding. A technician cut my toe, causing it to gush blood. Instead of addressing the issue, she concealed it with gloves, submerged my foot in water, turning it red. She then applied hot water, worsening the bleeding, and proceeded to apply clear polish while my toe bled. I will not return.
