The individuals here are incredibly kind. They listened to my mother when she mentioned her diabetes and ensured to trim her nails patiently and not soak her feet in water for too long.
Tu is extremely meticulous and my nails always last and look fantastic. Also, very reasonable pricing!
Certainly one of the most mediocre experiences at a nail salon ever. Perhaps it was just my specific nail technician, but I was generally unimpressed. While there was a decent calf massage during the pedicure, the ingrown toenail was not removed, and there was no cuticle shaping. Transitioning to the acrylic manicure, there was a noticeable lack of skill. The nail was not filed flat to the nail bed (once again, no cuticle shaping), the excess product under the nail was not cleaned, and the shape was inconsistent. I was undeniably let down, but at least she was pleasant.
