Have been a loyal customer for years. Moved away, but after trying other salons, I always make the trip back to Fernandina for Paris Nails. The technicians are exceptional. Nails are always done meticulously and exactly to my liking. The pedicures are top-notch too! Kelly did mine today and they are absolutely stunning!
My relative and I visited this place to celebrate her birthday. It was a quaint establishment. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and guided to a kiosk to check-in. We were advised to return for our appointment within the hour, which allowed us to enjoy a leisurely lunch. Upon our return, we were escorted to the spa chairs for our treatments. They even offered us beverages. I thoroughly relished my pedicure, which included a soothing leg and foot massage. The manicure that followed was executed flawlessly, but I accidentally smudged one nail while putting on my shoes. They promptly rectified it at no extra cost and applied an additional clear coat to all my nails. As we settled the bill, they surprised my cousin with a birthday gift certificate. We will definitely be returning. The journey from Jacksonville was completely worthwhile.
This experience was fantastic! I am thrilled with the results! The service was prompt, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the ambiance was delightful.
