Went to pick up my prescription after waiting 3 weeks for Walgreens to sort it out. Sat at the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. Techs were idle, some chatting, but no one assisting. Switched my prescription to mail order without informing me, leading to insurance issues. Constant delays in getting prescriptions filled. Time wasted.
This store in our town is truly disappointing. Prices are sky-high compared to other places. Service is consistently poor, checkout takes ages, and dealing with refunds is always a headache. I recommend shopping at Walmart or Thrifty White for a much better experience!
After receiving a prescription for my sick child, Walgreens informed me they were out of the medication. Instead of assisting, they told me to find it elsewhere. Feeling helpless and hopeless, I left. Never had to track down my own medicine before. Taking my business elsewhere for better service.
