This salon is the perfect spot for eyebrow and eyelash services! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I highly recommend them.❤️
I had high hopes, but my experience was a disappointment. I asked if she could handle my request, and she assured me she could. However, the process was not as expected. Typically, professionals start by cleaning your eyes and lashes, but she skipped that step and began applying right away while chatting on the phone incessantly. She rushed through my service to attend to other customers, resulting in a subpar outcome. When I raised my concerns, she argued with me and insisted everything was fine. Frustrated, I asked her to remove it all. I will not return, 0/5 rating for poor service. Think twice before trying this place.
The hygiene standards are appalling. My eye has been in pain since the service - my lashes were clumped together, making it difficult to open my eye. The technician forcibly pulled my eye open, causing a sensation like a cut. Days later, my eyes turned pink, and the discomfort persisted as my lashes were placed improperly. During the refill, it felt like she was plucking my lashes out, without considering my comfort. I will not be returning, especially after being overcharged and receiving subpar service. Avoid this place at all costs.
