Today, my mother received a botched tint job at the salon. Despite her lighter brown hair, she was given black tint. To make matters worse, she was instructed to remove the tint herself at home, which proved to be unsuccessful even after multiple attempts. The result was far from satisfactory, as you can see in the attached image.
During my waxing session at this establishment, I was appalled by the lack of hygiene practices. The individual, who I presume is the owner's daughter, repeatedly reused the same stick without proper disposal. The overall cleanliness of the station was subpar, indicating a disregard for sanitation standards. While the staff was friendly, they need to prioritize professionalism and maintain a clean environment, particularly in the waxing area. See the attached photo for a glimpse of the unsanitary conditions in their waxing room.
