My initial visit here was fantastic! I received immediate attention upon entering. Tina was welcoming and made sure to understand my preferences clearly. Throughout the service, she consistently checked in on the shape, length, and color, showing great attention to detail. Unlike many other places, she took her time shaping and buffing my nails, ensuring a thorough job. Having been to numerous salons in the past, I rarely leave completely satisfied, but today I can confidently say that I am delighted with my nails. Moreover, their prices are very reasonable compared to other upscale salons. I am truly impressed by Tina's work and have gained a new loyal client. Thank you, Tina :)
Upon my arrival, I presented the desired color picture to the technician. She claimed to have the color and used builder gel. Unfortunately, the application was uneven, resulting in one side of my nail appearing higher than the other. The chosen color was completely different from what I wanted, leading to a search for an alternative. When she couldn't find the right shade, I settled for a clear coat. However, the clearcoat was applied hastily, leaving a fuzzy texture that couldn't be fixed as it had already cured. Additionally, the nail shaping was done poorly, with one side being rounder than the other. Overall, a disappointing and lazy experience. I will not return to this nail salon.
My inaugural visit here was delightful! The ambiance was serene, accompanied by relaxing music. Despite being a last-minute Sunday appointment, they were accommodating, swift, and efficient. Karen assisted me, displaying exceptional kindness. I opted for a fill on my hands and feet, along with gel polish for both. As a newcomer to the area, this experience surpassed the three other salons I've tried. Excellent service and pricing. I will definitely return. Much appreciation and blessings.
