My wife and I have been loyal customers of this salon since the original owners relocated, but our recent experience has left us thoroughly disappointed, leading us to decide that this will be our final visit. During our pedicures, we noticed that the salon, including the chairs, was unclean, and my wife's massage chair remote was not functional. Despite requesting the removal of dead skin, we left the salon in the same condition we arrived, as evidenced by the photos. Additionally, the individual in the photo applied gel to my wife's nails without confirming if she wanted that service, and the lady in the picture provided rushed and unsatisfactory service. Having patronized this establishment for the past decade, it saddens us to acknowledge that this will be our last visit, as the quality has significantly declined in recent years, culminating in this particularly disappointing experience.
I have been a loyal customer of this salon for years, and they never cease to impress me! Working in retail, I require durable nails, and Kevin consistently delivers exceptional results every single time! I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin for any nail enhancements; he is truly the best in the business!
I had planned to visit a different nail salon that I had been to before, but I ended up at the wrong location (I'm from out of town). Despite this, the lady at this salon assured me they were good, and another customer even vouched for their quality, so I decided to give it a try. I was gifted a service and had the option to choose any treatment I wanted. I opted for the steam pedicure priced at $70 and the dip nail for $50. The man who did my nails did a good job, hence the 3-star rating, and the pricing was reasonable. However, the lady who performed my pedicure was not up to par. She accidentally scraped the side of my ankle with the exfoliating brick, causing an abrasion, and did not apply enough pressure during the massage even after I requested more. When I got home, I noticed leftover polish that hadn't been removed, and the tips of my nails were rough, requiring me to file them again. There were also bits of cuticle skin left unattended. Regrettably, I will not be returning for another appointment.
