My visit here was delightful. I did not feel pressured and the nail artists were exceptionally amiable.
This nail salon surpassed my expectations. After work, I visited for a nail fill knowing they close by 5:30. Only one attendant was present, serving three customers, myself included. Patiently waiting for her to finish with the others, by the time she attended to me, it was past closing time. She graciously extended her hours by two more just to complete my nails. Her kindness was remarkable, and I regret not obtaining her name. Furthermore, she assured me that if my nails chipped or broke, I could return for complimentary repairs. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment!
I rate this nail salon a 3 because my sole encounter here was with a single individual. It is a challenge to locate a skilled nail technician in a hygienic setting in Fayetteville. The person who tended to my nails was pleasant, but the outcome did not meet my standards. My skin around the nails was damaged by the drill, there were burns from the nail file, the nail edges appeared untidy, a hair was embedded in the top coat of one nail, and the top coat was uneven. On the positive side, this establishment seemed tidier than others. I am undecided on whether to return and try a different technician or explore a new salon. Best of luck to everyone!
