Traditions massage and facial spa

Gemma was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly friendly and skilled at her job. She thoroughly discussed my needs, and I felt like a completely rejuvenated person after my session with her. She not only addressed what I required but also the reasons behind it, providing me with significant assistance. I felt like a new individual after my time with her! I wholeheartedly recommend her and the traditions spa!

I managed to secure a reservation on the same day I called. Marley was exceptionally polite. I arrived 30 minutes early and was impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment and the well-organized reception area. The moment you step inside, you immediately feel a sense of relaxation. Bridget was my massage therapist, and she had magical hands. I relished every minute of my 60-minute session and wished for more. Some highlights include a heated massage bed, ample parking at the back, a spotless restroom, and happy hour pricing. I left feeling extremely content and would highly endorse this spa.

The facility was top-notch. The staff at the front desk were pleasant. They made a mistake with my appointment, but they were able to rectify it. It would be perfect if they offered refreshments like wine, champagne, or tea. Zara was my therapist, and I gave 4 stars because she talked throughout the entire 90 minutes. I just wanted to relax and unwind, but she kept me from doing so. The neck and shoulder massage was the best I've ever had, and the way she massaged my legs and arms made it feel like I was being coated in lotion. I would have preferred a more tranquil experience with soothing music playing in the background.
