Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was far from calming. While the nail technician was friendly, their lack of expertise led to multiple fixes during my visit. I left feeling disappointed with the results, and just two days later, the dip on my nails started peeling off. After paying $70 for the service, my confidence in this salon is now nonexistent. Roughly two months ago, I went for acrylic nails. The older lady who worked on my nails was not as skilled as the technicians from my previous visits. Upon completion, my nails were bulky and wider than desired, despite my repeated requests for them to be thinner.
Feeling dissatisfied, I sought a fill-in at another recommended nail salon. I was pleased with how the technician reshaped my nails beautifully.
Upon requiring another fill-in, I returned to Ruby Nails. Initially planning for a fill-in, I was assigned to another older lady, and suddenly decided, "I want to remove my nails." The lady proceeded to remove my nails, and I will not allow her to touch my hands again!! She did not soak my nails adequately for removal, and proceeded to file off the acrylic, removing too much of my natural nails until they became thin. My nails are still recovering from the damage. They are fragile, so fragile. If I could rate them, it would be a -100. Never have my nails been so severely damaged during any nail salon visit. It is extremely disappointing that it seems to be about profit, not service. I will never allow those two ladies to work on my nails again, even if I return to Ruby Nails. Never!!!

My wife and I have been loyal customers of this salon since the original owners relocated, but our recent experience has left us thoroughly disappointed, leading us to decide that this will be our final visit. During our pedicures, we noticed that the salon, including the chairs, was unclean, and my wife's massage chair remote was not functional. Despite requesting the removal of dead skin, we left the salon in the same condition we arrived, as evidenced by the photos. Additionally, the individual in the photo applied gel to my wife's nails without confirming if she wanted that service, and the lady in the picture provided rushed and unsatisfactory service. This is my initial visit to this waxing studio. I phoned twice fifteen minutes before my arrival to inform the front desk that I would be arriving five minutes late. No one picked up. I reached the location at 3:05pm, and my appointment was set from 3:00pm to 3:25pm. Since I had difficulty finding the building, I called for a third time and finally got through to the front desk. The receptionist then informed me that they have a seven-minute grace period and had already given away my slot! This crucial detail was not mentioned during booking. She also mentioned that I would have to wait until 3:30pm to receive my service because they had allocated my slot to the lady scheduled for 3:30pm. I then waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes and was attended to at 3:40pm. Jasmine performed my Brazilian wax, and I was satisfied with her work, but unfortunately, I do not think I will return.About
