Ann did a fantastic job on my toenails. However, within three days, the gel polish on my fingernails began to peel. Despite this, I commend the excellent service and kindness with a four-star rating.
This salon is exceptional! I have visited thrice and each experience has been outstanding. The service is swift, with no waiting time. Today, they efficiently completed both my nails and toes within an hour. The staff is incredibly kind and creates a comfortable environment.
I made an impromptu visit for a nail session. The ambiance and staff were pleasant, but the actual service was subpar. My nails are not up to par and I usually am not too critical. I opted for a dip manicure, but the application was messy - some nails were applied too close to the cuticle, resulting in lifting and a white spot on one. The filing was uneven, with a flat yet inward dip towards the fingertips. The edges were not properly shaped, leaving a strange appearance. Despite requesting larger cherries and longer stems for my pink French design, the changes were barely noticeable. The total cost, including tip, came to $93 for a dip manicure. The pricing structure for length, shape, French, and nail art was unexpected. For such a high price, I anticipated flawless nails, but the outcome resembled the work of a beginner. Additionally, one nail has already chipped just four days after application.
