I arrived here spontaneously on a Saturday. Ms. Lisa provided exceptional service from beginning to end. I indulged in a 2-hour session, starting with a pedicure and ending with a French tip fill in. She paid close attention to detail and ensured that I was satisfied with my nails before I departed.
I visited for a regular Pedicure and was charged for removing "gel" polish with a grinder, even though I didn't have gel polish on. The polish wasn't completely removed, and I was informed that it would cost an extra $15 for new polish on my toes, despite it being part of the package. My nails were left uneven and rough, and the service lasted around 8 minutes in total. There was no massage, no cooling mask, only a hot towel. Additionally, I received attitude when I mentioned that the water was too hot for my feet.
